Solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) for a 25AA peptide NCE

Neuland partnered with a Europe-based biotech company to develop and manufacture a 25-amino acid peptide NCE entering Phase II trials. The team addressed multiple challenges, including developing an efficient and scalable solid-phase synthesis process, overcoming the insolubility of the peptide API, and eliminating nine process-related impurities.
